Cancel Order
If your order has not been processed & you would like a to cancel your order & receive a full refund Please Contact 4chicasbonitas@gmail.com or via social media @4chicasbonitas on Instagram & we are more than happy to refund the full order for you.

Damaged package/ items
All 4 Chicas Orders are carefully packed & packed as durable as we can make it, & are All Priority Mail Insured. If Package or items are received damaged please contact USPS & file a claim. Unfortunately we are not responsible for damaged packages by usps carrier but all packages are insured so please file a claim in the link provided below if your package or items received are damaged. If you need help filing claim please contact us & we can help assist to file the claim.

Wrong items/ missing items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you receive the are wrong or missing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a photo .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale is final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your Candy payment not including shipping since label had been used. Please remember it can take 1-10 days business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to so please allow time to reflect back on your account
