Shipping Order Process
We are a small family business and only have 3 employees being my sister, my mother and I so please allow us 1-21 days not including weekends or holidays to process & complete your orders due to VERY HIGH DEMAND! We try our best to get orders out immediately, & process our orders one at a time and in the order they were received. Please note that Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days( Friday- Sunday) After processed Packages will be shipped in the order they are received.
Damaged Package/ Damaged Items
All 4 Chicas Orders are carefully packed & packed as durable as we can make it, & are All Priority Mail Insured. If Package or items are received damaged please contact USPS & file a claim. Unfortunately we are not responsible for damaged packages by usps carrier but all packages are insured so please file a claim in the link provided below if your package or items received are damaged. If you need help filing claim please contact us & we can help assist to file the claim.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
No, we are so sorry but at the moment we do not offer free shipping.
Missing or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately after order has been delivered we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once the tracking shows delivered. All Order do have Priority Mail Insurance so in case of lost or stolen package you may file a claim with USPS.com witching 60 days. Again we are not responsible once we drop off all orders at USPS Facility & USPS scans the package & marks as delivered at the address the customer provided we are not responsible if stole package.
Shipping mean I will get my order in 2-3 days after I order?
No, Priority shipping is how long the USPS takes to deliver your order after processed & dropped off at USPS Facility. Priority shipping does not eliminate the processing time of the 1-2.5 weeks not including weekends to process & ship order. After shipped please allow 1-2 or 1-3 days to arrive.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, a subtotal refund will be initiated & unfortunately no refund on the shipping cost due to shipping label being used. So please double check your Shipping address before your order is completed at Checkout.
Refunds on Shipping Cost
We don’t not offer Refunds on Shipping cost. Unfortunately those are non refundable due to using the original shipping sticker for order.

We ship all across the U.S and we also offer International shipping as well!
How much is shipping/ Why is my Shipping Rate so High?
The cost of shipping varies on USPS rates. 4 Chicas offers USPS Priority Shipping for all orders, which all do come with insurance. We do not charge a standard flat rate or control shipping rates, instead our shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. Again depending on the weight & destination & Area Code, Shipping rates may vary. To get a shipping quote please add all the desired items to your cart and proceed to check out. Once at checkout you will be asked for your shipping address, then you will be provided with the final shipping rate and total.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Once sent Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM CST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
